Most serves are accepted by a server within 4 hours. The service clock starts at the time of acceptance. If accepted after 5 PM local time, the clock starts at 8 AM the next day.
Servers will make the first attempt by day 2. Completion times may vary based on server availability, address accuracy, or legal requirements.

Service Acceptance
Acceptance Time Determines Service Timing
Service is based on acceptance time, not the time the documents were sent. A job is considered accepted once all required documents are received, reviewed, and confirmed by GATSY Services.
Complete Documentation Is Required
A job is not considered accepted until all required documents, instructions, and necessary information have been received, reviewed, and confirmed by GATSY Services.
2:00 PM Acceptance Deadline
Service applies only to jobs accepted before 2:00 PM.
Incomplete Requests
Jobs sent before 2:00 PM but missing documents, missing instructions, or awaiting clarification will be scheduled once acceptance is complete, which may fall outside the Same-Day window.
Same-Day eligibility is determined by when the job is fully accepted by GATSY Services.
HARD-TO-REACH AREAS
Extended Travel & Restricted Access
Locations that require extended travel, rural access roads, security coordination, or restricted facility entry. These areas may include mountain roads, remote rural towns, gated communities, or locations with limited GPS access. This also includes unpaved/ gravel backroads.
Travel Mileage
Additional Service Charges
If the servee’s address changes after attempts have already been made, new service fees apply.
Locate updated or alternative addresses for the servee.
Covers administrative time and coordination with law enforcement.
Hazard-based surcharge due to elevated risk.
Applied for rural or remote locations requiring additional travel time.
10% of witness fee amount for printing and delivering the check.
Applied to document sets exceeding 25 printed pages.
Flat fee for military base access or jail/prison check-in procedures.
Additional hours billed at $125/hr.
